Accessibility Statement
Last reviewed: 28 September 2026
I Love Solar, operated by Genetiqe Pty Ltd (ABN 55 165 721 595), aims to make this website and its energy information usable by as many people as possible. We want people to be able to find information, understand their options and take the next step without avoidable barriers.
Our approach
We aim to present information in plain Australian English, with clear page structures, descriptive headings and links and buttons that explain their purpose. We also consider the needs of people who use keyboard navigation, screen readers, magnification, voice control, captions, browser tools and other assistive technologies.
Our approach is informed by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 where practical. We do not claim that every page, feature, document or third-party service conforms to WCAG 2.2 or will work perfectly with every device, browser or assistive technology.
- Clear and readable content where practical
- Logical headings and page structure
- Descriptive links, buttons and form instructions
- Consideration for keyboard and assistive-technology users
- Ongoing attention to contrast, text size, focus visibility, forms and media
Known limitations and ongoing improvements
Websites change as new pages, forms, images, videos, documents and connected services are introduced. Some content or features may therefore need improvement. Areas we may review include heading order, alternative text, colour contrast, focus visibility, form instructions, error messages, downloadable files, captions, transcripts and compatibility with different browsers or assistive technologies.
Some experiences may depend on an external platform, embedded service, advertiser, supplier or other third party. Those accessibility features may be outside our direct control. We will aim to keep the surrounding information clear and consider a reasonable alternative where one is available.
Report an accessibility barrier
If something is difficult to use, please email [email protected] with the subject line “Accessibility feedback”. You do not need to describe your disability or provide medical information.
Where possible, please include:
- the page or feature involved;
- what you were trying to do;
- the device, browser or assistive technology you were using, if relevant;
- what happened and what would have helped; and
- the outcome or information you were trying to access.
We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within five business days. Complex matters may take longer, particularly where a third-party service is involved. We may ask for further details so we can reproduce and understand the issue. Where reasonably practicable, we will consider another way to provide the relevant information or next step.
Documents, media and alternative formats
Important information may sometimes be provided through documents, embedded media, forms or services operated by another organisation. If a format creates a barrier, contact us and tell us what information or outcome you need. We will consider whether another format or route is reasonably practicable.
We do not currently guarantee that every document, video, form or third-party service has captions, transcripts, accessible structure or full assistive-technology compatibility.
Review and related policies
We will review this statement when the website or its connected services materially change, and when feedback identifies a recurring barrier. This statement should be read with our Complaints Policy, which explains how to raise a complaint, and our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information.
Nothing in this statement excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under Australian law.
